MOLDING
Meltec has a wide variety of molding capabilities to satisfy your requirements. For small to medium size castings, several types of molding machines are available to produce your parts efficiently. Loose pattern molding is also available for larger castings up to 5,000 pounds. Specialty molding, such as shell and no-bake, is available for specific requirements.
LEADING EDGE CAPABILITIES
Our new induction melting furnaces are among the finest in the world. These systems are capable of melting up to 10,000 pounds. This allows net casting weights from 1 to 5,000 pounds. All heats are spectrographically analyzed to ensure precise metallurgical properties.
Many quality control testing capabilities such as ultrasonic, magnetic particle, dye penetrant and x-ray are available to meet your requirements.
